What is the difference between you and any other training company (material or process)?

WORKPOINTS®, as job performance specialists, focuses on changing underlying attitudes and behaviors that interfere with individuals and workgroups doing their job.  Our material is designed to guide the group to change negative attitudes and behaviors using your own facilitator/trainer.

Many other training approaches only offer a presentation, lecture or workshop for information and ignore what is causing it.

How do you identify the job performance problems of these individual workgroups?

WORKPOINTS® focuses on correct identification of your workplace employee problems.  We use our highly accurate assessment tool (the Inventory©) to identify the problems prevalent with each group and provide you with a Targeted Training Plan and the training material designed to resolve those problems.

We do not use a "menu" approach for a customer to choose whatever topics are currently in vogue or that may appear to be a solution to the problems.  Instead our Inventory determines what is needed to resolve your workplace problems.

How does WORKPOINTS® help participants bring about needed changes?

Your facilitator/trainer, who usually knows your workplace very well, uses the WORKPOINTS® Targeted Training materials, works with each individual in the workgroup to identify the barriers preventing them from making behavior/attitude changes and guides them toward eliminating or modifying them.

Our competitors often take a "one size fits all" approach and simply give participants information to remember and apply regardless of personal characteristics or a work environment that may create barriers for them to carry out any changes.

How are my people going to retain and continue to use  WORKPOINTS® information?

The WORKPOINTS® materials provide multiple "building block" sessions complete with practice, assignments, and future reference material to continue to reinforce needed changes.  Knowledge through discussion and practice empowers participants to choose a better way of handling situations.

Often, our competitors "come and go" with presentations that offer little opportunity for practice or follow-up to reinforce the information that they received.

What kind of training material do you provide?

Once the Inventory© has identified the specific problem areas that need to be resolved, we send a Facilitator Guide for you to conduct each of the identified sessions.  To help familiarize your facilitator/trainer with our methods, we also send a Facilitator Manual as a reference.  Finally the package is completed with all of the participant material you will need for each session.  In order to offer this package at this price, the participant material is ready for you to make copies and distribute.

Are you competitive in terms of price?

WORKPOINTS®, due to its' internet-based behavior/attitude assessment which delivers exactly the right supportive training materials, and the fact that you select your own facilitator, provides the most cost-effective training for organizations.  You get what you need to resolve the problems!

Some training companies offer "bargain" prices, but it isn't cost effective because every group gets the same training whether it is needed or not.  You want the time that the participants are away from their jobs to pay dividends in increased productivity and WORKPOINTS® does just that!

How rigid are the WORKPOINTS® training sessions?

Your facilitator/trainer can use the WORKPOINTS® training model  in any environment, with any department size or level of group and within the time restraints that a particular situation may demand.  We offer time-proven guidelines for maximum effectiveness along with the flexibility that you may need to make it “work."

Do you measure and document what the training has accomplished?

WORKPOINTS® will compare the results of the original assessment (the Inventory© which becomes the Targeted Training Plan) and the results of the same assessment questions (post-test Inventory©) to determine the degree of change and progress made by participants.  In other words, you measure what the workgroup needs through the pre-test Inventory©, you conduct the training sessions using the WORKPOINTS® material, and measure the changes made by the workgroup through the same Inventory© which is now the post-test.

Some training models only use "happiness"  indexes that try to measure the appeal of the material and "entertainment" value of the presenter and visual material.
