Workpoints
focuses on changing underlying attitudes and behaviors that interfere
with individuals and workgroups doing their job. Our training
material is designed to guide the group to change negative attitudes
and behaviors using your facilitator or trainer.
Many other training approaches
only offer a presentation, lecture or workshop based on information,
while informative, it ignores what is causing the problem. |
|
|
|
Workpoints
focuses on accurate identification of employee problems. If you
feel you need additional support for identifying the specific problems and issues
that exist
within a work group, use our highly accurate assessment tool (the
Inventory).
It will identify the problems prevalent within a work group and
the accumulative scores result in a Targeted Training
Plan specific to
each group. Our
Training Material, designed to resolve the identified problems, is
also available for purchase. |

How
does
Workpoints
help participants bring about needed changes? |
|
|
|
Your
facilitator/trainer
uses the
Workpoints
Targeted Training materials, works with each individual in the workgroup to identify the barriers preventing them from making
behavior/attitude changes and guides them toward eliminating or
modifying them.
Other training
systems often take a "one size fits all" approach and simply give participants
information to remember and apply regardless of personal
characteristics or a work environment that may create barriers for
them to carry out any changes. |

What kind of training material do you provide? |
|
|
|
We send you a Facilitator
Guide for you to conduct each
of the training sessions, a Facilitator
Manual as a reference and an
Introductory Module
to set the tone for the rest of the training with a group.
Finally the package is completed with all of the
participant material you will need for each session. The
participant material is ready for you to duplicate and
distribute. |

How
rigid are the
Workpoints
training sessions? |
|
|
|
Your facilitator/trainer can use the
Workpoints
training model in any environment, with any department size or level of group and within the time restraints that a particular situation may
demand. We offer time-proven guidelines for maximum effectiveness
along with the flexibility that you need to make it work". |
|

Do
you measure and document what the training has accomplished? |
|
|
|
Workpoints will gladly compare the results of the original
Inventory
and the results of the same Inventory
questions after the training has been completed to determine the
degree of change and progress made by participants. In other
words, we measure what the workgroup needs through the pre-test
Inventory,
you conduct the training sessions using the
Workpoints
training material, and we measure the changes made by the workgroup through the
same Inventory
which is now the post-test Inventory. Of course if you do not opt for the
initial Inventory
we will be unable to provide you with any change information.
Some training models only use
"happiness" indexes that try to measure the appeal of the
material and "entertainment" value of the presenter and visual
material. |
