expertise, who have developed a unique workplace assessment and

identifying, prioritizing and resolving the “real” underlying
problems of workgroups...whether they are employees, supervisors,

Using our
combined professional training and our workplace experience, we
knew that the critical element of our efforts would be the
accurate identification of the problem areas prevalent within a
workgroup. To do so, we wrote over a thousand questions
applicable to workplace situations as the base pool of information
needed for our computer-based assessment tool (the
Inventory). We
tested and proved the reliability and validity of the questions
while writing the training modules that formed the response pool
from which particular modules would be drawn to respond to
specific problems. We tested the end result in pilot projects for
over three years in a wide range of work settings located
throughout the United States.
Next, we
engaged management consulting firms, of varying size, located in
large and small marketing areas to market and deliver
WORKPOINTS®
to their diverse client populations...with outstanding results.
Our long and
careful attention in making certain that we had created a higher
standard of excellence in workplace training paid off, and set
WORKPOINTS®
above all other generalized workplace training.
We have now
taken the entire process and brought it to a new level...that of
being an internet-based service available directly to
organizations and individual consulting firms. |
